Cancellations, termination of hire and refunds: Save as otherwise provided on the Host’s Listing, the following terms shall apply to a cancellation prior to the commencement of a venue Hire Period (Hire Period):

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel within 36 hours of confirmation (more than 7 days before the booking starts), get a full refund processed within 7 days.
• Cancel more than 8 weeks before the booking, get a full refund.
• Cancel less than 8 weeks but more than 7 days before the booking, get a 50% refund (including any deposit paid).
• No refund (except any deposit) for cancellations within 7 days of the booking.

Host or Conveenie Cancellation:

• If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or safety risks, we'll find you an alternative venue or provide a full refund.

Refund Process:

• We aim to process all refunds within 7 days.

Additional Notes:

• Policies may vary based on your agreement with the host.
• To cancel or reschedule, log in to your Conveenie account and use the booking facility.
• Refunds will be issued to the account used for the booking.
• Processing fees from third-party providers are non-refundable.
• For recurring bookings, cancellations apply to individual events, with refunds per the above policies.
• Rescheduling requests must not exceed the original booking duration. Approval depends on the host. If not accommodated, refunds follow the cancellation policy.
• Cancellation during the hire period is subject to the Hire Agreement between you and the host. Please read the full guest terms here.
