We ask you to add instructions and guidance on issues related to arrival and on-site assistance during the sign-up process. Your guests will, therefore, know what to do and expect on the day. But you can always provide instructions for making contact if guests need additional help during the event.
Yes, we have a review system in place to maintain transparency and build trust within the community. After a guest's stay, both hosts and guests have the opportunity to leave ratings and reviews. We know that chasing payments is a hassle. That’s why we work with an internationally trusted payment provider (Stripe) that’s known for its easy-to-use and secure payment system. When you first join the Conveenie family, you’ll be directed to Stripe to provide your payout account details and verify your identity. We’re trying to create meaningful connections in communities up and down the country, so signing up and creating listings with Conveenie is absolutely free! We only charge a small, fixed fee for successful bookings made through Conveenie. Think of it as a revenue share where we’re both invested in the successful use of community space — we only get paid when you do! What’s more, there are no ongoing fees, restrictive contracts or exclusivity requirements. The exact details of the fee structure can be found in our terms and conditions or pricing section. This fee covers the costs of operating and improving the platform, customer support, and the marketing initiatives needed to drive guests to your listing.
