Combining our bright Garden Room with Centre 404's beautiful private garden, this space offers the best of both indoor comfort and outdoor charm. The Garden Room features wood flooring, a modular table seating up to 12, and a light catering kitchenette, while the adjoining garden provides space for up to 60 additional guests, complete with a play area and barbecue facilities. Ideal for larger events, community meals, children's parties, or gatherings that call for fresh air. Step-free access connects both spaces seamlessly via sliding doors.

House rules

  • Please arrive 20 minutes minutes before start time.
  • Bookers, should check in at reception by signing in. Then a receptionist will give them a visitor badge to wear around the building. They should be accompanied by a member of a staff to the designated room. At departure they need to sign out and return the badge.
  • Ring the building’s main doorbell
  • A staff member will be on site during your event and can assist with any issues
  • No vaping
  • No smoking
  • No loud music
  • Alcohol must be pre-approved by the host
  • No animals, with the exception of assistance dogs
  • Exclusive use of booked areas (no roaming).
  • Ask a staff member for bags to dispose of rubbish on site depending of disposal, should be throw designated bin. Please ask a member of staff.
  • Recycling requirements: yes, plastic, papers to designated bins.
  • Kindly leave the space as you found it, making your exit promptly & considerately.

Property Damage

We understand that accidents can happen. Should there be any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Conveenie reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

Naturally, we’ll get in touch before making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
