The beautiful rehearsal studio on the first floor has a mirrored wall with plenty of natural light shining in through an Edwardian glass atrium, one of Chats Palace’s heritage features. The Studio is a creative space and can be hired for meetings, rehearsals and workshops. Please note that in order to preserve the Edwardian glass atrium we do not permit amplified music in this space. The Studio is located on the 1st floor with restricted access via a stone staircase. There is no lift access to 1st floor.

- The Studio is located on the first floor, accessible via a staircase (no lift). An adjacent first floor break-out/meeting space with its own smaller Edwardian glass atrium is also available for hire. Please note the wooden floor is not a sprung floor and may not be suitable for certain dance rehearsals. We encourage you to arrange a site visit before you confirm your hire. Black-out is not possible in the Studio.

Property Damage
We understand that accidents can happen. Should there be any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Conveenie reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
Naturally, we’ll get in touch before making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
Insurance
