Parking

There's 3 free parking spaces on site and parking on the street (with some restrictions on weekdays & weekends). There is a loading bay.

Accessibility

House rules

• Please arrive 10 minutes minutes before start time.
• Any booking starts from the time agreed. This time includes setup and take down time.
• There is always someone here. Clients can make their way into the yard where either the cafe/bar staff will show them where to go, or someone in the warehouse/office.
• A staff member will be on site during your event and can assist with any issues
• No vaping
• No smoking
• No alcohol
• No loud music
• Music levels must be agreed with a member of staff at the start of the booking. Alcohol is only allowed if purchased from the on-site car/bar. Outside catering is permitted but any plates/cutlery or other equipment needed must be supplied by the client.
• Ask a staff member for bags and take the rubbish away.
• Kindly leave the space as you found it, making your exit promptly & considerately.
• Space should be left exactly as found. There will be bins provided if needed. Balloons with confetti are not allowed.
