Parking

There's 0 free parking spaces on site and parking on the street (with some restrictions on weekdays & weekends). There’s no designated loading bay.

House rules

• Please arrive 5 minutes minutes before start time.
• * We only hire on the full hour with a minimum of 1 hour hire (e.g 9am-10am not 9.30am-10.30am and not half hour slots). * As part of venue terms, a copy of PLI and safeguarding policy are required within 24hrs of booking the venue space. * A cleaning/damage deposit of £200 will be required and is refundable subject to the conditions of hire. * Please ensure all guests sign in. * Familiarise with the emergency evacuation protocols and location of First Aid Kit. * There is a strict no food/drink policy in the Lounge area. * Furniture can be moved at the hirer's risk. We advise hirer to carry out risk assessment prior to hire on arrangement. * Hirer is responsible for their guests. * All information provided by guests must be accurate at the time given (including charitable status). * Any booking that cannot meet these requirements will unfortunately be rejected.

• A staff member will be on site during your event and can assist with any issues

• No animals, with the exception of assistance dogs

• Alcohol must be pre-approved by the host

• No food or non-alcoholic drinks brought into venue

• Recycling requirements: Please use recycling facilities around the corner of the venue.
• Kindly leave the space as you found it, making your exit promptly & considerately.
• Vacuum cleaner and mop is available to guests so they can clean and return space to original setup.
