The Garden of Lewisham is a popular location and we welcome film, television, sound recording and photographic crews. Our team has experience in dealing with all types of location work from big budget feature films to small editorial shoots. As well as this, we are a unique local venue for many types of community events ranging from parties to performing arts. We look forward to seeing you soon. Please note in addition to the cost of space rental we change a refundable deposit of £500 into the business bank account.

- Please arrive 10 minutes minutes before start time.
- Health & safety, and setting up reminders.
- Wait at the gates or entranceway until a member of staff greets you
- A staff member will be on site during your event and can assist with any issues
- No loud music
- No animals, with the exception of assistance dogs
- Prior agreement to deliveries and setting up.
- Bring your own bags to dispose of rubbish on site. Wheelie bins onsite

- Kindly leave the space as you found it, making your exit promptly & considerately.

Property Damage
We understand that accidents can happen. Should there be any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Conveenie reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
Naturally, we’ll get in touch before making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
Insurance
